Which plan is right for you?
Use Unlimited if your team runs regular meetings and needs unlimited file notes.
Use Pay as you go if you only need a few notes per month.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
Unlimited plan
Perfect for teams doing regular client meetings. Includes unlimited meetings and file notes.
Pay unlimited plans annually to save an additional 15%

Assistant licences
Assistants can schedule meetings, record them, and prepare file notes and documents. They do not have access to practice settings.

Practice Manager licenses
A free license for managing clients, meetings, templates, and practice settings. A practice manager cannot be the adviser named on a client.
Pay as you go plan
Best for occasional file notes or small teams.
The Pay as you go plan also supports inviting additional team members to your practice.
